What Matters To Us

Here are a few rules for trash valet services that help improve the quality and efficiency of our services:

  • Trash must be under 25 lbs
  • All bags must be tied
  • Pet waste must be double bagged
  • We collect one bag each of waste and recycling per night
  • Clear liners are for recycling only
  • We do not accept oversized items (large boxes, furniture, etc.)
  • Remain within the list of acceptable trash and recycling items

Paper Items:

  • Junk mail, paper bags, computer & writing paper
  • Cardboard boxes (remove packing materials and broken down)
  • Milk, juice, and ice cream cartons
  • Facial tissue boxes, cereal boxes, shoe boxes & other packaging containers ​

Glass Items::

  • Bottles & jars normally used for food & beverage
  • Juice, soda, beer & wine bottles, etc.
  • Containers for baby food, mayonnaise, etc.

Plastic Items:

  • Cups & containers #1-#7
  • Plastic bottles, jugs, and jars
  • Yogurt, cottage cheese, margarine, whipped topping containers
  • “Clamshell” food containers

Metal Items:

  • Metal cans used for food or and beverage
  • Soda & beer cans; aluminum foil products
  • Aeorosol cans (empty)

Non Acceptable Recycling Items

  • Light bulbs, ceramics, or window glass
  • Motor-oil containers aluminum foil products
  • Packing materials (styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap)
  • Paper towels, napkins, or paper plates
  • Plastic bags
  • Propane or oxygen tanks
  • PVC piping
  • Styrofoam product (Including egg cartons)
  • Wood or yard waste
  • Heat sensitive paper
  • Air-conditioning filters
  • Batteries
  • Candy wrappers
  • Clothes hangars, scrap metal, automotive parts
  • Clothing or rags
  • Diapers
  • Dinnerware
  • Dog/cat food bags
  • Fast food items (food wrappers, greasy bags)

FAQ / Common Topics

Our trained service valets will be collecting your waste and recycling during the scheduled times six nights a week. Please ensure that trash and recycling are bagged and tied in their containers for pickup.

Clear liners that are provided will be used for recyclables, and trash bags (not provided) are for regular waste.

We stress that bags remain under the maximum weight of 25 lbs, as it helps us perform the most effective and efficient way that we can. Please use 13 gallon trash bags for waste disposal.

We collect one bag of trash as well as one bag of recyclables on each scheduled day. Trash bags are not to be left out of containers in hallways unless approved by management. We want to ensure hallways and walkways do not have any leaks or odor from trash.

Fill out our contact form on our resident contact page, our team will reply promptly with a resolution. Repeat offenses of damaged bins may lead to subsequent replacement fees.

Please reach out directly to our support team via our resident support form with an image of the error. Our support team will verify with the image we have from our nightly report and provide you with the prompt resolution to avoid further occurrence.

The clear liners that are provided are meant to be used for recyclables only. Non-clear bags will be treated as trash, so please ensure that clear bags are used for recyclables ONLY.

All pet waste must be double bagged to ensure no leaking through trash bags.
